How can I get a quote?
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long as expected to clean my carpet?
Yes. Years of experience, combined with the fact that we always speak in person to the client in order to discover additional details, enables us to provide an accurate quote.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can schedule carpet cleaning?
No. We simply need to discuss your requirements over the phone in order to provide an accurate quote. The only exception would be related to commercial businesses requiring carpet cleaning for multiple office units.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. We provide all supplies necessary to clean your carpet, upholstery, tile or grout.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
To appease your concerns, please read our multiple 5 star cleaning reviews. However, if for any reason, we fall short of your expectations, please contact us. We will be happy to listen to your concerns and make every attempt to remedy the situation to your complete satisfaction.
CAN I SCHEDULE SAME-DAY CARPET CLEANING SERVICE?
While we can not guarantee same-day service, we do make every effort to accommodate your schedule, and in most cases we can arrive the same day.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
We require that someone be present when we arrive and during the time we are at your residence or place of business.
DO YOU ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I SCHEDULE?
Yes, in most cases. However, we allow a thirty minute window due to traffic and weather circumstances beyond our control. In instances we will be delayed, we will contact you to let you know the anticipated time of arrival.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
You are not charged until after the cleaning services been completed. Payment may be remitted via cash or check. You may also choose to be invoiced.
ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?
No. You can cancel service anytime without any penalties. We do not require that you commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
